The vast majority of our fees on any transaction are charged contingently on the assignment being successfully completed ensuring we are only rewarded if we have delivered for our clients.

Whilst many corporate finance houses focus on each transaction in isolation, we prefer to take an active role, post transaction to ensure that the aims and objectives outlined in the business plan are executed and an ongoing relationship is maintained with our clients.
